ITBC Global was created as a concept orientated to servicing large/complex organisations seeking additional expertise, or focus, to delivery change.
We brought holistically thinking about customer service, technology and business change. Our principles revolved around being open minded, pragmatic and disciplined.
In doing so we helped clients drive and achieve their change vision e.g. by helping uncover future constraints/risks, take advantage of opportunities and identify key decision points early enough to improve all areas of change.
Our origins were from market leading and innovative Technology and Retail Service Providers in New Zealand as ITBC Limited (2004). Our industry focus shifted to Banking and Digital Commerce, Technology Services and Government. We grew into Sydney Australia in 2007. We made London a central hub in 2011.
ITBC Global Limited traded in the United Kingdom between 2011 and 2017 focussed on helping tier-1 consultancies, financial services and commerce firms and Government departments.
